Mais avec le temps et la pratique constante, nous serons conscients de changements subtils dans notre approche de la vie. En tonifiant et en relaxant le corps r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, en apaisant le mental, nous ressentirons une paix int\u00e9rieure qui est notre v\u00e9ritable nature. Telle est l&rsquo;essence du yoga : la r\u00e9alisation de soi \u00e0 laquelle nous aspirons tous consciemment ou inconsciemment et vers laquelle nous \u00e9voluons progressivement&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>La pratique des postures(asana) am\u00e8ne une am\u00e9lioration de la souplesse et de l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre, les techniques respiratoires associ\u00e9es (pranayama) apportent une plus grande capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 rel\u00e2cher les tensions physiques et mentales ainsi qu&rsquo;une meilleure capacit\u00e9 de concentration.
